(U)HP Series - Pioneering ultra-high purity nitrogen solutions for high-end applications

Pure and precise - developed for your analyses

  1. Designed for laboratories with a nitrogen requirement of up to 2 l/min
  2. Uses advanced PSA technology and achieves a nitrogen purity of 99.9995%.
  3. Integrated two-stage coalescence: particle filtration and activated carbon filter for maximum purity
  4. Optional function: removal of hydrocarbons to less than 0.05 ppm

Do you not have a central compressed air supply in your laboratory?

Our model range also includes ultra-high purity nitrogen generators with integrated quiet compressor (U)HP1A and (U)HP2A.

WHY IS HYDROCARBON-FREE NITROGEN IMPORTANT?

Separators are an essential part of GC analysis, as impurities in gases can significantly affect the quality of the results. Hydrocarbons can lead to problems such as background noise, altered peak shapes, false positive results or poorer consumption efficiency.

You can actively counteract this with our optional hydrocarbon separator.

Nitrogen generators with PSA technology for your analytical applications

With the (U)HP1 and (U)HP2 versions, Dürr Technik is expanding its range of nitrogen generators for analytical applications that require ultra-high purity gas.

The models are ideal for use in laboratories that already have a central compressed air supply or where a source of clean high-pressure air is available on site (e.g. a Dürr Technik compressor station).

Thanks to their compact dimensions, Chromalytic nitrogen generators can be installed under the workbench to save space.

PSA technology is the ideal method for high purity levels and is used in our (U)HP1 and (U)HP2 models.

Efficient nitrogen separation ensures a reduced total air requirement and at the same time guarantees the production of high-purity nitrogen. Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) separates nitrogen molecules from oxygen molecules by adsorbing the oxygen from the compressed air flow.

Lower real operating costs and a reduced carbon footprint make Chromalytic nitrogen generators the ideal solution for your laboratory.
